This is the final full cycle report on implementation of the strategic plan 2014-2019, which was implemented through the work programme and budgets of UN-Habitat. The report highlights results achieved over the six-year strategic plan period and analyses progress made in the seven programmatic areas addressed by the strategic plan.

This report documents an evaluation of the United Nations Human Settlement Programme’s (UN-Habitat’s) Strategic Plan 2014-2019. The evaluation assessed the achievements of UN-Habitat against the 2014- 2019 Strategic Plan in terms of achievements of expected results as well as the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, coherence, sustainability and likely impact of the implementation of the Strategic Plan.

The 2020 Catalogue of Services provides an overview of some of the tried and tested services UN-Habitat offers to support national governments, local governments, and stakeholders. UN-Habitat receives requests for assistance to address particular challenges faced by cities, regions and countries, therefore this Catalogue is divided into sub-sections to allows readers to quickly locate services that are most relevant for their context and priorities.

The Sustianable Cities and Communities Consultation (Consulta de Ciudades Sostenibles) demonstrates an innovative way to engage citizens, create awareness of sustainable city policies and the Agenda 2030, in addition to facilitating monitoring and gathering of data to support a dialogue with local governments. The report presents the results of the implementation of the consultation in six cities in Bolivia and Peru.

This Urban Profile summarises analyses and data collected across different systems, sectors and key actors from the spatial perspective in an attempt to contribute, in an effective way, to the development of a shared understanding of the complexity of urban crisis in the context of Baidoa.

The issue brief on “Integrated Territorial approaches to the COVID-19” is part of the ongoing response initiatives by UN-Habitat in the light of Covid-19 pandemic. It provides a framework to enhance flows of people, goods, information and services while integrating interventions such as social protection and health services provision to slow infection rates.
