New Urban Agenda quadrennial report
The United Nations Secretary-General is requested to report on the progress of the implementation of the New Urban Agenda every four years
- The 2026 quadrennial report will act as a mid-term review
- The 2026 quadrennial report will take stock of the progress made and challenges faced and identify further steps to address them
The High-Level Meeting of the General Assembly on the progress in the implementation of the New Urban Agenda
Member States will convene in New York on 16 July 2026 for a High-Level Meeting of the General Assembly to review progress in implementing the New Urban Agenda, 10 years after its adoption at the Habitat III Conference in Quito, Ecuador.
