Cette situation se caractérise essentiellement par une gestion non transparente des terres, une affectation inéquitable de celles-ci, un usage irrespectueux des destinations, des pratiques en marge de la loi, occasionnant ainsi de nombreux cas des conflits fonciers, complexes dans leur nature, des conflits qui déstabilisent les communautés locales et qui par conséquent exposent ces dernières à des violences, à une précarité de vie notamment l’insécurité alimentaire et socio-économique. |
