The Mid-Term Evaluation Report for Phase 2 of the Korea-funded National Urban Policy Program (K-NUPP) provides a detailed assessment of progress achieved between 2022 and late 2025. Evaluated against UN-Habitat’s 2024 Policy criteria - relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, impact, sustainability, and coherence - the program has achieved at least "good" performance across all metrics, earning "excellent" ratings specifically in efficiency and impact.
