The Global Dialogue on Affordable Housing: Policy, Finance, Technology and Sheltering
This event will take place in Paris, New York, Honolulu, Jakarta and other FIABCI cities around the world. Global cities are unable to meet a rising demand for affordable and inclusive urbanity. Complex metropolitan governance calls for more coordinated efforts from national, regional, and local governments and better dialogue and cooperation between the private and public sectors together with civil society.
The Global Dialogue on Affordable Housing will bring together all the stakeholders to explore how governments, the business sector, citizens and others have responded to the challenges of providing sustainable urban development. Concrete illustrations in policy-making, housing finance, building and construction technology, and sheltering will be shared to show there are already working solutions for a better urban future when everyone changes their mindset.
