sidaSida has made a long-term commitment to support the sustainable development of the Lake Victoria region. One of the activities supported by Sida is to establish and develop a co-operation network for the local authorities in the Lake Victoria Basin. LVRLAC is a network organisation founded by the local authorities in the Basin in 1997.
