Overview
The project aims to improve sanitation for vulnerable rural inhabitants by implementing Riverbank Filtration units for water treatment. It also targets to develop detailed studies, guidelines and technical designs for the new tools, approaches and technologies, and conduct detailed training packages in different governorates. Therefore, it can provide access to affordable, clean and safe potable water and sanitation services through using cost- efficient and innovative approaches to directly benefit vulnerable rural residents in Egypt.

The success of the project is dependent on successful partnerships, particularly with local authorities.
