The Clean Up Edo Project started with recruitment and training of Clean Up Edo Volunteers. This was followed by Sensitization rally at Oba Market, New Benin Market, Uselu Market,  Ikpoba Hill market, Aduwawa market, Santana market, Ogheghe Market. Also around major streets in Edo state. Stakeholders meeting for successful waste handling in Edo state was held. Some drawbacks include: (i) No functional dump site in the state, (ii) Faulty waste collection procedure, (iii) Lack of political will
