The President of the UN General Assembly (UNGA) announced plans to organize a series of back-to-back events as part of a ‘Sustainability Week’. The UNGA President highlighted the importance of thematic debates to ensure high-level attendance and progress related to ‘Revitalization of the work of the General Assembly’ (Resolution 77/335). The events will also contribute to the Summit of the Future.
