Municipal Development Plan (MDP) Evaluation Report – Mitrovica South

The aim of this activity is to assess the implementation of the Municipal Development Plan 2009 – 2025+ (and following Urban Development Plans and Urban Regulatory Plans) for the Municipality of Mitrovica South in practice, compatibility among the planning documents and their compliance with the new Law on Spatial Planning (No. 04/L-174) in Kosovo. Outputs serve as a baseline and lessons learned for drafting the new Municipal Development Plan and Municipal Zoning Map for Mitrovica South.
