Lucas is an experienced data centre, IoT and smart city professional in the East African region. He is currently the manager, ICT & Smart City Solutions at Konza Technopolis Development Authority (KoTDA) with a deep understanding of cloud computing, ICT project management, smart cities, IoT, digitalization and ICT governance. He was awarded Head of State Commendation (HSC) by the president of Kenya in 2020 for his contribution to the country’s ICT landscape.
