1. Introduction / Background

UN-Habitat/Global Water Operators` Partnerships Alliance (GWOPA) is collaborating with WaterWorX, IHE Delft Institute for Water Education, and Rwanda’s Water and Sanitation Corporation (WASAC) to deliver a 4-day learning and exchange workshop in Rwanda on 5-8 December 2023.

The training aims to build knowledge on innovations and good practices emerging from utilities in their efforts to provide water and sanitation services to low-income customers. The training will also explore how Water Operators’ Partnerships (WOPs) can support these efforts. It will take place in Kigali, Rwanda, one week before the IWA Water and Development Congress & Exhibition 2023.
