Alanus von Radecki (PhD) heads the Data Competence Centre for Cities and Regions (DKSR), working globally with cities to enhance data management and scale open-source solutions for sustainable, resilient urban areas. He has over 13 years of experience in data- and innovation-driven urban development. Alanus holds a EngD in Technology Management and two master’s degrees in governance and sociology. His portfolio includes advising cities like Vienna, Porto, Prague, Berlin and many more on digital transformation.
