UN-Habitat in collaboration with Kogi state government of Nigeria is organizing a one week Take-Off Training Workshop in commencement of the multi-component programme agreed in an Memorandum of Understanding with the state government last year.The project comprises Four Cities Structure Plan, Public/Open Space located at a historic heritage site, review and design of the state's Urban Laws and Legislation and the establishment of an Urban Observatory.
