SETTLEMENTS PLANNING - INFORMATION SYSTEMS TRAINING
This project focuses on 1) Support the process of the implementation of the third planning phase (Third Generation) and the implementation of the NPPP 2000-2025; 2) To develop and build the institutional capacity of UPA and its branches; 3) To train and build the capacity of the UPA staff in improved urban development and management and GIS technologies; 4) Specify the basis, planning standards in cooperation with the national authorities and to revise planning laws as well as ordinances to include participatory approaches to ensure sustainable development.
