2016 World Habitat Day Celebration was celebrated officially on 3rd and 4 th of December 2016 at Merdeka Square, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It was celebrated under the Karnival KPKT 2016 which was organized by Ministry of Urban Well Being, Housing and Local Government (KPKT), Even though it was celebrated in December but all the activities involve such as Habitat Moment Program and Photojournalism Competition had started earlier on. In the spirit of National Blue Ocean Strategies (NBOS), World Habitat Day Celebration in Malaysia was celebrated together with the other three Ministry of Urban Well Being, Housing and Local Government flagship events.
